Mat Foundations is a live 40 minute classical mat class on Zoom, every Friday at 10:30am PT. The class is kept small on purpose. I watch your form, cue you by name, and correct in real time, just like an in studio class.
We work on foundational movements to build a strong mat practice, whether you're starting fresh or getting back to it.

Book your spot and you'll get the Zoom link by email 30 minutes before class. All you need is a mat and enough floor space to lie down with your arms overhead. Cameras on, so I can see your form and coach you through the work.

$25 per session. A 5 pack is $110 ($22 per session) and a 10 pack is $200 ($20 per session).
